Ships and Relationships

Today, the Maritime Union Center hosted the first meeting in 2021 with Dr. Binay Singh - a founder and president of the Global Maritime Community, life-coach and author of over 75 books.

There the topic of discussion was ‘Ships and Relationships’, dedicated to the working conditions onboard a ship.

The event addressed such issues like work-home balance, connection, trust and relationships with family and friends.

“Knowing how to communicate is the core of any relationship. First of all, enquire of other people and do it sincerely, be a good listener, respect other people’s opinion – thus you will always be able to establish good relations in a team, family and among friends,” Dr. Singh said.
