Hundreds of companies signed the Neptune Declaration

More than 300 companies have signed The Neptune Declaration on Seafarer Wellbeing and Crew Change.

It requires recognizing seafarers as key workers, cooperation of carriers and charterers for crew changes, and provision of well-established flights between the main ports, which are hubs for crew changes.
